What Dragon Would Bond With You? 🐉 A Dragon Bond Quiz Inspired by the World of Dragonkind
If you’ve been playing Dragonkind, you probably already know the question at the heart of the experience:
Which dragon will choose you? 🐉
Dragonkind is a browser-based interactive experience connected to the world of Rebecca Yarros’s Fourth Wing / Empyrean series. Players enter the Threshing, make choices, survive dangerous encounters, and — if things go well — may eventually bond with a dragon.
Different runs can lead to very different experiences: different routes, different encounters, different dragons… or sometimes getting absolutely incinerated. 😭🔥
That got me interested in another question:
What kind of dragon would choose you based on who you are, rather than the route you take?
So I made a Dragon Bond Quiz.
Instead of navigating the Threshing, the quiz looks at your personality, instincts, decisions, and how you might behave as a rider.
Your result includes:
🐉 Dragon color
⚔️ Tail type
🔥 Dragon personality
💫 Your bond dynamic
📜 A personalized dragon profile
The idea is to make the result feel like discovering your own dragon, rather than simply getting a random color from a personality test.
Take the Dragon Bond Quiz

I’d love to see what combinations everyone gets. If you try it, post your dragon color + tail type below. 👀
I’m also building Dragonkind.world as a community resource for the game and the wider Fourth Wing world, including player-reported Threshing routes, dragon results, colors, tail types, ages, Fourth Wing dragons, and more:

Did your result actually feel like a dragon that would choose you? 🐉
